Responsibilities
- Build and execute outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses in Canada, the US, and the UK.
- Identify and qualify prospects matching MarketiXpert's ideal customer profile (B2B service businesses, e-commerce brands, SaaS startups, professional services).
- Run multi-channel outreach: cold email, LinkedIn outreach, phone follow-up, and targeted ad nurture.
- Manage CRM hygiene (HubSpot or Pipedrive): pipeline updates, activity logging, lead scoring.
- Book discovery calls for senior team members; ensure prospects are well-prepared with a written brief.
- Analyze campaign performance and iterate on messaging, targeting, and channel mix weekly.
- Collaborate with content team to build sales enablement assets (case studies, decks, landing pages).
- Maintain conversion rate dashboards and report on pipeline metrics every week.
- Run small-budget paid lead-gen campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta) where appropriate.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B lead generation, SDR, or demand generation experience.
- Proven track record of booking 20+ qualified discovery calls per month.
- Strong written English; able to write cold emails that don't sound like cold emails.
- CRM fluency (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce).
- Outbound tool stack experience: Apollo, Lemlist, Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Comfortable on video calls; able to qualify prospects in 10–15 minutes.
- 4+ hours overlap with EST or BST business hours.
- Nice to have: paid ads experience (LinkedIn / Google Ads), copywriting background, agency or marketing services experience.
About the Role
MarketiXpert is growing fast across Canada, the US, and the UK — and we need someone to drive qualified pipeline.
You'll own outbound and inbound lead generation: building targeted prospect lists, running multi-channel outreach, qualifying inbound leads from our content engine, and booking discovery calls for our senior consultants.
This is not a cold-call sweatshop role. We sell premium services to small and mid-size businesses, and that requires thoughtful targeting, real research, and messaging that respects the prospect's time. If you're tired of dialing 100 dead numbers a day, this role is for you.
What Success Looks Like
By month 3 you should be:
- Running 3–5 outbound campaigns simultaneously
- Generating 20+ qualified discovery calls per month
- Managing a clean, accurate CRM pipeline
- Producing weekly performance reports
- Suggesting and testing new outreach experiments
