Responsibilities
- Build pixel-accurate, responsive interfaces from Figma designs using React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Implement micro-interactions and animation (Framer Motion, GSAP, CSS) that match the design intent.
- Ensure Core Web Vitals targets are met on every build (LCP < 2.5s, INP < 200ms, CLS < 0.1).
- Write semantic, accessible HTML targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA compliance.
- Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs, headless CMS platforms, and third-party widgets.
- Partner with designers to refine component libraries and design systems.
- Optimize images (AVIF, WebP, responsive sizes) and implement lazy-loading patterns.
- Test work across browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and devices (iOS, Android, tablet, desktop).
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the team's front-end standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years professional front-end development experience.
- Strong React skills including hooks, suspense, and component composition patterns.
- Production Next.js experience (App Router preferred).
- Expert-level Tailwind CSS or strong CSS / SCSS fundamentals.
- Comfortable working from Figma — understanding auto-layout, components, design tokens.
- Familiarity with TypeScript.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals, semantic HTML, and accessibility (WCAG 2.2).
- Good written English and comfort on video calls.
- 4+ hours overlap with EST or BST business hours.
- Nice to have: animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP), headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful), e-commerce (Shopify Hydrogen).
About the Role
We're looking for a Front-End React Developer who cares about how interfaces look and how they feel. You'll build marketing sites, SaaS dashboards, and product landing pages for clients across Canada, the US, and the UK — translating Figma designs into clean, fast, accessible production code.
This is a front-end-focused role. You'll work closely with our designers (we don't ship to developers without a Figma file) and our full-stack team handles back-end and infrastructure. Your focus: ship interfaces that feel right.

- 1 SaaS dashboard or product UI feature
- Ongoing component library and design-system contributions
- Animation and interaction work on hero sections, scroll experiences, and product showcases
